Safety and Equipment

• Mandatory Life Jackets: All riders must wear life jackets provided by the rental company.

• Safety Briefing: All renters must attend a safety briefing covering the operation of the jet ski, local regulations, and safety procedures.

Rental Terms

• Deposit Requirement: A security deposit is usually required. This deposit is refunded if the jet ski is returned undamaged.

• Rental Duration: Rentals are often available by the hour, half-day, or full-day. Extended rentals might be available at a discounted rate.

• Reservation Cancellation: Policies vary, cancellation fee will apply for late cancellations.

Operating Restrictions

• Designated Riding Areas: Renters must adhere to designated riding areas. Riding in restricted zones, such as swimming areas or protected wildlife areas, is prohibited.

• Speed Limits: Speed limits must be observed, especially near shorelines, docks, and other vessels.

• Weather Conditions: Rentals may be suspended during unsafe weather conditions. Policies usually allow for rescheduling or refunds in such cases, policies vary.

Damage and Liability

• Responsibility for Damages: Renters are responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Liability Waiver: Renters must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with jet ski operation.

Safety and Conduct

• Alcohol and Drug Use: Operating a jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Safe Operation: Renters must operate the jet ski in a safe and controlled manner. Reckless behavior, such as excessive speeding or sharp turns near other vessels, is not allowed.

Booking and Payment

• Advance Reservations: It’s recommended to make reservations in advance, especially during peak season. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.

• Payment Methods: Accept major credit cards, accept cash or other forms of payment.

Additional Policies

• Maximum Capacity: Jet skis have a weight limit and maximum passenger capacity, usually one or two people per jet ski.

• Late Returns: Returning the jet ski after the agreed rental period may incur additional charges.
